Treatment For Oily Hair

The sebaceous glands present in the epidermis usually secrete a mixture of fats, known as sebum, which plays a very important role in the protection of the epidermis against external aggression. If the production of sebum becomes excessive due to hyper-secretion of the sebaceous glands, this leads to the phenomenon known as seborrhoea, which is either compact, if limited to the skin and hair follicles, or fluent, if there is a migration of grease along the length of the hair. The HAIRMED treatment for oily skin and hair works in three specific stages: it removes the excess sebum from the hair follicle and the hair, it gradually regulates the secretion of sebum, and it restores the balance necessary for the life of the hair.
